本产品用于将S7-200SMART PLC 的PPI(RS485)口转换成网口，实现用于网线连接上位机、触摸屏。 1、通过转换器的网口连接电脑S7-200 SMART的编程软件STEP7-MicroWIN SMART ，实现编程、上下载程序及在线调试。 2、本转换器内置S7-200TCP和S7-300TCP两种协议。 3、连接组态王、力控、KEPWare等上位监控软件时，既可以选用S7-200TCP驱动,也可选用S7-300TCP驱动，很灵活。 4、由于本转换器具有S7-300TCP协议，可连接InTouch监控软件，也可以直接连接西门子的WinCC,不必使用PC ACCESS SMART作为OPC来实现驱动连接。 5、使用S7-300TCP驱动，可以实现64个SMART200 PLC同时连接到一台 WinCC，稳定性超好，而且突破PC ACCESS SMART只能连接8台PLC的限制。 6、连接上位机及触摸屏的总数可达到4台。实现功能 ●连接WinCC不需要用OPC，通过TCP/IP驱动直接连接，增强通讯稳定性。 ●可直连InTouch监控软件，使用S7-300TCP驱动。 ●可以同时连接4台上位机（包括电脑或触摸屏）。 ●特别适用于经济型S7-200SMART，通过485串口与PLC连接，转为网口与上位机通讯。 ●带有网口的型号PLC，如再通过此方式扩展一个网口，可以形成冗余方式与上位机通讯。

This product is used to convert the PPI (RS485) port of S7-200SMART PLC into a network port, realizing the use of network cables to connect the upper computer and touch screen. 1. Connect the programming software STEP7-MicroWIN SMART of the computer S7-200 SMART through the network port of the converter to achieve programming, program loading and downloading, and online debugging. 2. This converter is equipped with two built-in protocols: S7-200TCP and S7-300TCP. 3. When connecting to upper level monitoring software such as Configuration King, Force Control, and KEPWare, you can choose either the S7-200TCP driver or the S7-300TCP driver, which is very flexible. 4. Due to the S7-300TCP protocol used in this converter, it can be connected to touch monitoring software or directly to Siemens WinCC, without the need to use PC ACCESS SMART as OPC to achieve driver connections. 5. By using the S7-300TCP driver, it is possible to connect 64 SMART200 PLCs to one WinCC simultaneously, with excellent stability and breaking through the limitation of only connecting 8 PLCs in PC ACCESS SMART. 6. The total number of connections between the upper computer and touch screen can reach 4.
